Narles Yde-Layne 1986-2004 Carroll College Dear Carroll Students, As I meet students around campus and at games and events, I am deeply touched by students who attend Carroll — your compassion, spiritual strength, and offers of support to each other and to me. Some students have shared how they personally know the challenges that will be faced as we move forward. I have witnessed students who could have pointed fingers but instead chose rise above. Each of you sets an example for all to follow. On behalf of faculty and staff, please know that we are here for you and we care about you, in troubled times and in good. Thank you for being a responsible and loving part of this community we call Carroll. Sincerely, Thomas J.
