What is this?
Optical character recognition (OCR) is an automated process that converts a digital image containing numbers and letters into computer-readable numbers and letters. The search engine used on this web site searches OCR-generated text for the word or phrase you are looking for. Please note that OCR is not 100 percent accurate. If the original image is blurry, has extraneous marks, or contains ornate font styles or very small text, the OCR process will produce nonsense characters, extraneous spaces, and other errors, such as those you may see on this page. In addition, the OCR process cannot interpret images and may ignore them or render them as strings of nonsense characters. Despite these drawbacks, OCR remains a powerful tool for making newspaper pages accessible by searching.

W W W .CARROLL.EDU T h e P r o s p e c t o r 13 p o p \ \ dll \ \ j l by tony jones staff writer As graduation nears, most seniors have a lot to think about in regards to their future. What kind of job am I going to apply for? Where am I going to live? What am I going to do with my life? However, there are two little words that help relieve any stress we have about our uncertain futures: SPRING BREAK! For most of Carroll College this is just another Spring Rreak and most of you will have at least one more in the future. As for the seniors, we have one last chance to escape this life as students for a week, spend a bunch of money that we should be saving for post-graduation life, and one last chance to make an appearance on one of those fun Spring Break DVDs. Instead of just spending a bunch of money on drinks and a trashy hotel, along with eight of the greatest people I have met here at Carroll, I will be heading to Las Vegas to try to make some money on the Blackjack table. I fig ure if I come out ahead at all, it will be nothing short of amazing! Well, enough about me. Let's see what some other students at Carroll plan to do on their Spring Break. Jenny Peaslee ______ __ “my great grandma is turning 90, so my family is going to have a party for her. i am also going to spokane for the first weekend.” ______________ Sinan Gular, “well, i’ll be here in helena, prac ticing and getting ready for the national tournament, i think the reason is obvious... to win the national championship.” Rachael Simons ____________ “well i’m road-trippin’ to Seattle with bryce [doak]....number one reason is that I have a job interview at Seattle children’s hospital....but we are going to slay there all week because there’s all kinds of fun stuff to do out there!” „ t Kyle Raker kyle is heading down south to las vegas for vip treatment with a bunch of his closest friends VOLUME 89, NO. 5 W ednesday , M arch 1, 2006
