A LL through the w a r in the Philippines, the M on tana regim ent was closely associated with the K a n sas regim ent and the Third artillery. The men of these regiments frequently fought side by side and a com radeship cemented in pow d er and blood exists be tween them, the ties of which time itself will not break ror efface. The history and glory that the Philippine cam p a ign brought is largely shared by all three regi ments.
