More info - Karol 778-5116 DOJ implements new system By Kristine Thatcher We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Justice Motor Vehicle Divi- sion will be implementing a new appointment scheduling system. The new scheduling system allows customers to better plan their day, as well as en- ables our staff to assist cus- tomers more efficiently and in a more relaxed environment. To best manage this process, appointments will be required for all services except license renewals or replacements; ap- pointments are optional for these two services, but are highly recommended. Effective November 24, there will be two options available for scheduling an ap- pointment: • Online at dojmt.gov/dri- ving. The service is fast, easy to use, and mobile friendly. • By calling 1-866-450-8034 to schedule an appointment. Appointment scheduling in- formation can be found on our website. The site lists the re- quired documentation for each appointment type, fees a d other useful information. When customers make online appointment, they c choose to receive a text or email confirmation, and they will also receive reminder no- tifications for their appoint- ment. The confirmation also provides links to the MVD website so they can revie* what type of documents are re- quired for their appointmedi. We want to make sure cus- tomers are aware and under, - stand what information thdy need to bring so we may com- plete the service they need. EVERYONE HAS A i STORY TO TELL!
