Mr. West wears a little pancake hat that resembles a cream puff, aud his nether extremities aro hidden from au iuquisitivo world by a pair of ribbed golf stockings.\ Au abbre viated suit of Scotch tweed, that I10 confidentially explained he was going to uso scaling the mountain’s dizzy height, completed tho costumo. Mr, Wost wus in a most confiding mood and said in part: “Mr. Kipp, whom 1 met at the National Sportsmen's exhibit in Chi cago, told mu thill mountain lions wore ripe now and I decided to bring my wife, whom 1 but rocently mar ried at my homo in Boston, out to Moutaua, thinking a mountain lion bunt, bb a wedding trip, would bo a bit novel, don’t yor know. I sa3’, it must bo rare sport to capture 0110 of those beasts. “Mr. Kipp is going to catch me one, you know, in a trap, aud I shall uso him ns a decoy’ with which to onsnaro others.
