District Court Proceedings. Arguments in tbo motion for a new trial iu tho case of tho stato against Percy Do Wolfe, sorving a 10 year sentence iu tho state ponitontiary for grand larceny, were taken up in the district court yesterday morning by Judge. Leslie. Tho prisoner was represented by Attornoy James W. Freeman and County Attorney A. C. Gormley op posed the granting of the motion. ^Tho basis on which tho arguments for tho defendant proceeded was the statement of facts sot forth in the bill of exceptions, settled a few w’eeks ngo, and which has been replied to by the ccunty.—Tribune. Messrs. Cox & Emerson also had a free bus in lino. Mr. Russell, the decorator, one hard days labor. Our editor gave the printing at half price. Mr. Wymer also gave labor on conotaph.
