m . U sefuRPrecepts For Girls Contem plating M atrimony. First catch jour lover. Hold him when you have him. Don’t let go of him to catch every uew onothat comes along. Be sure to get well acquainted with him before you take him for life. If ho has any faults it is better to find them out bofore mar riage than to reserve them for cur tain lectures afterwards. Don’t try to hurry up a proposal by carrying on a flirtation with some other fellow, the man you arc making love to might go oil in a fit of jealousy and forget to come back. In love affairs always keep your eyes wide open and when the right fellow comes along you will recognize him and the recog nition will be mutual. Don’t marry too young, there is plenty of time after you reach the age limit. Remomber that a girl never exceeds the age of twent}' until after marriage. The man you marry will have plenty of time to ascertain your exact age after your weddiDg lour. Use your own judgment in making a selection, but remombor that lovo is blind and a little friendly advice from one whose advice is worth having may insure man if you think bejs not able to support you. If you should marry a man who is woll fixed financially, ho probably wont require you - to exert your energy over the ironing table or wash tub, if ho should exact such duties of you against your will and inclination it would probably brew disconlont aud misery. Don’t marry a man for money without you love him, wealth does not produce hap piness. Don’t pluco too high an esti mate on your accomplishments, and think that you have the power to sway and turn the mind of men and make them submissive to your will. Don’t think that you aroinlalible, that every you a life time of happiness or pre vent one of misery. Don’t marry a thing you do is right. We all have our faults. Don’t confide your trouble to your confidential friends they have troubles of their own. Don’t imagine that the bloom and blush of woman hood which animates your counto- nance is there to stay. The bloom upon your cheeks will ripen, wither and decay like a new born roso be neath the sultry sun of a southern skv. Love produces contentment and hap piness, it is the life and light of every thing that is beautiful and sublime in the works of nature and art, it in spires us to noble deeds, to nobler thoughts pertaining to our future welfare and happiness.
