Silverman, Sol Cohen, Hen ry Radcliffe and Chas. S. McDonald in the district court of Teton county was dismissed last week, the defend ants Radcliffe and McDonald paying the plaintiff's attorney two thousand dollars. This action grew out of an attachment by Silverman & Cohen on a judgement against À. B. Hamilton, of tho agency store at Browning, Mont., tho license being in his name, and the goods being claimed by Joe Kipp. The stock of goods were sold undor the attachment, Radcliffe and McDonald being Silverman & Cohen’s sécurités on the attachment bond.
