Ed Limp, who has been with the forest service personnel this season, left.fo r his home in New York last week. Frank Little of Choteau was a visitor at the Tom Clemow home recently. Bob Jackson and son Dick de livered a truck load of bulls to Big Timber Sunday for a South Dakota stockman. They returned home Monday. Mrs. Darrel Barnes and Mrs. Bob Jackson were shoppers in Dil lon Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Peterson and Dick visited with Mrs. Carl Holman and Carl Lunden Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. K. C. Boulter and Mr. and Mrs. David Boulter and, Kim of Butte were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Peterson Wed nesday. NORRIS BIDGOOD D IES Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Norris Bidgood, who left the Big Hole about a month ago, to make their home at Milford, Utah, have been advised of the death of their son, Norris Grant Bidgood - at Hen derson, Nev., Monday, Dec. 10, of natural causes. The young man was 26 years of age and is survived by Mis wife and four year old daugh ter of Oasis, Nev., a sister Mrs. John Daves of Dillon, sisters in California and Milford and his par ents. Funeral services were held at Oasis, Nev., Thursday from the LDS Chapel. The heartfelt sym pathy of the entire community is extended to Mr. and Mrs. Bidgood and their family.. SYMPATHY EXTENDED The death of Mrs. W aiter (Mar garet) White was learned Wed nesday. The deceased passed away at Salmon, Idaho. The beloved ma tron was a long time resident of the Wisdom area and leaves many friends who mourn her demise. Mrs. W illie Moe and boys Martin and Marvin accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lightfoot and Frank Jr. to Butte last Wednesday on a shopping trip. Mrs. Moe and boys stayed with relatives until Sun day, when her husband drove to Butte to bring her home. Mrs. George Frank of Lima is working with Evelyn Guring, the new clerk at the Ranger Station to familiarize her with the work this week. The Alfred Petersons took Dick to Dillon Monday to see his oc- culist. The Harold Petersons had den tal work taken care of in Dillon Tuesday. Bill Nelson and boys drove to Dillon Sunday to meet Mrs. Nel- sonson and Paula who had been in Missoula the past week represent ing the Willow Ranch at the Packers and Guides State Con vention: Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hirschy were on a cattle buying trip to Idaho Falls and Gooding, Idaho, three days last week. Mrs. Wendell Jardine, Mrs. A l fred Peterson, Mrs. Elvin Peter son and Mrs. Jack Hirschy were among Jacksonites attending open house at the new telephone build ing Tuesday. The Jack Hirschys attended the Stockmen’s meeting and evening entertainment last Saturday. Fred Hirschy was a shopper in Butte one day last week. The fresh sand seemed to cut through the icy surface and eliminate the hazardous driving conditions un til another storm hits. Guess I ’m famous for complaining. My next gripe pertains to road signs and markers on the Dillon-Jackson road. Some of those unmarked curves and hills could be a death trap to drivers unfamiliar with our country—if not to local folks, es pecially when icy.
