Barbara Bateman who is at tending WMCE in Dillon returned home with them to spend the week-end with her parents. • Mr. and Mrs. Vern Christensen and Keith were in Idaho Falls on Wednesday. Mr. Christensen re ceived medical attention. Mrs. I. E- Pruitt spent Wed nesday in Butte on business. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Iverson motored to Denver last week to attend the showing of 1951 Hud sons. They returned Saturday. Mrs. Oscar Gravely who is a patient in the Pocatello general hospital expects to be released Tuesday. Vanita Palmer who is a patient at Murray hospital in Butte is do ing nicely. Casey Jones of Moriida was in Dillon Sunday to receive medical attention. Thelma Bean returned to her home in the Centennial valley on Sunday after an extended stay in Butte where she has been reciving medical attention- Mrs. Stanley Bapacek and Mrs. Ben Martin and daughter Jo of Dell were business callers in Lima Saturday. Enroute to Vir ginia City the road passes Rob bers Roost, Alder Gulch and sim ilar places where history was writ ten in large letters. Virginia City is one of the most interesting pioneer towns in the W est and although the tourist season opens on May 21 and closes on Labor Day, it attracts visitors by the score every day- Its inter esting buildings, its museum filled with relics of priceless value and the beautiful scenery surounding, together with good roads leading to this entrancing spot, makes a 'visit to Virginia City one long to be remembered. Bob Dodd was the only'other kegler able to hit the 200 bracket, having one game of 208. Winn's had high game with 942 while the Coasters had high score with 2(547. The Tash Ranchers looped three points from W arner’s with two games and pin total-2588 to 2536. In other matches it was a dog- cat-dog affair. Eliel’s split four points with Roberts, losing two games but winning one and taking the pin total 2642 to 26-10. The State Bank won two games from the Creamery but lost a i game and another point on pin total. Creamery 2542, Bankers 2-193- Winn's won two games from the Coasters but lost one game and the pin total 2643 to 2647.
