The said action is brought to obtain judgment . against the defendants Lavine V. Selby and C. H. Selby for the sum of $1340.00 with interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent. per annum from the 7th day of May, 1920, for costs of suit and for $160.00 attorney fee. That the court decree the foreclos- ure of a certain mortgoge described in the complaint, executed by the above named defendants Lavine V. Selby and C. H. Selby to the plain- tiff on the 7th day of May, 1920, to secure the payment of a certain note made by them on that day; that the premises conveyed by said mortgage may be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of said indebtedness; and in case such proceeds are not sufficient to pay the same then to obtain an execution against said Lavine V. Selby and C. H. Selby for the balance remaining due, and also that the said defendants and all per- sons claiming by through or under them, or either of them, may be barred and foreclosed of all right, title, claim or equity of redemption in said premise and every pita thereof, and for other and further relief, all of which will appear more fully by reference to the duly verified complaint on file herein, which is hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
