He is at pnbsetst in Great Falls attending to legal louti- ness. Mn Liberty has devoted all of his time to the real estate business, but while here in an unguarded moinent let fall an inkling of what he was grn;- trig to do. In the near future he will install on his land .2 building about 50 x 150 feet which will be used as it chicken coop, with a glass front, facing south, surrounded on the north', and south, by a yard of about twenty acres each,. which will be enclosed by a high wire fence, to be used as a pasture for his flock. He contemplates starting out with several large ,incubators and in a couple of years have at least 1200 laying chickens and several hundred \broilers.\ This is no new scheme of Mr. Lib- erty's and last winter vis?ited a number of the largest chicken ranches in the United States, and is thoroughly con- vinced that with the knowledge he has gained in this line of business he can supply the markets of Great Falls, Lewistown and others with fresh eggs, and spring chickens the Year round. The foundation of this business will .Fred Coughlin and George Dough- erti left Tuesday, with their house- hold belongings and plenty of grub and will make their • home on their claims which are about twenty-five miles north east of Geyser. Due to a counter claim filed by the defendent alleging damages in excess of the amount sued for by plaintiff the burden of droof was upon the defense and its evidence was introoduced in advance of that of plaintiff. When court adjourned last evening the plain - ti had introduced . only a portion of its evidence and the case will becomplered about noon to day. .
