The new ordinance makes it un- lawful for any pool -hall heeper or saloon keeper, clerk to servant, to keep a pool -hell or saloon open between the hours of 12 o'clock Saturday night and 0 o'clock Mon - morning, or for an.y person to sell, serve or give away any spirituous or vinous liquors lb or from ,any saloon room or compartment con- nected or adjacent thereto: Section two prohibits - Obitrue- lion, by any means or. in any man- ner, of the public view dim the the windows or doors of saloons or pool -halls.
