Frank Held spent the latter part of last week in Butte, and is busily engaged now in making preparations to drive thru to Salmon City where he intends milking his future home. Our county commissioners were looking over our roads yesterday. We hope they will carry the picture they saw in their minds long enough that something bene- ficial will be done before long. This organization shall be. known as Whitehall Contmer- vial Club. Sec. 2. Tito officers of the club shall be a president, a secretary • treasufer and a board of directors consisting of five members, of whom the president and secretary shall be exatofficio members. The president shall be chairman of the Sec. 8. All officers shall be elected annually at the last regu- lar meeting in December, and they 811211 serve without compensation. Sec. 4.. The - membership fee Khali be five dollars, and the dues 6111111 be one dollar per month. The secretary shall collect and receipt for the same. The hoard of directors, subject to the approval of the ma- jority of the members, shall have control of the club and its.proper- ty in all matters. Each member may en- tertain at the club rooms, once n month a resident of the city who is not a member, and non-resident visitors indefinitely. Sec. 9. All members shall ob- serve gentlemanly nooduct in and about the club rooms, No intoxi- cating liquors or gambling shall be allowed. Sec. 10. The by-laws may be amended at any regular meeting.
