Stonehocker TROUT CREEK -Mr. and Mrs. Milton Inman attended funeral services Saturday in Sandpoint for the former's fath- er, Elmer Inman. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Inman and children of Kootenai spent Sunday here with the Milton Inmans. The Heron grade school team played basketball against the local grade team Saturday evening winning by a score of 45-40. Mrs. Stella Parker of Ronan visited Sunday with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Lon Stonehocker. Mr. and Mrs. John Cernik were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Tyler of Noxon. Mrs. Raymond Soshea and children arrived Monday even- ing to visit at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Kirschbaum. Cherry Lou Kirschbaum cele- brated her 12th birthday with a party at the home of her par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Kir- schbaum, Saturday afternoon. Guests included Hazellyn and Trudy Gail Zook of Thompson Falls, Sharon and Dorothy Nap - per of Noxon and Christine Urq- uhart, Katherine Matheisen, Judy Gerstenberger, Twila Brown„ Janice Fuller, Elvira Hopkins and Sandy Prishmont. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Zook and family of Thompson Falls were dinner guests at the Warren Kirschbaum home Saturday evening. Sunday guests were Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Mrs. Ann Altman Visits Crabtrees By Mrs. Art Crabtree BLUE SLIDE -Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crabtree of Shelby stop- ped here en route to Sandpoint where they met Mrs. Ann Alt- man who was returning from Seattle after visiting her sister, Mrs. Myrtle Bailey, since Christmas. Mrs. Altman will re- main in Thompson Falls for a while before going to Shelby where she has farming interests. Mr. and Mrs. William Bier- wagen, Ray and Donna left Thursday for Wenatchee where they visited a son and brother, Gordon Bierwagen, and his wife. They returned home Sun- day. Visitors at the Bruce Crabtree home Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crabtree, Mrs. Ann Alt- man and Mr. Earle and sons of Sandpoint. Dick Brown also visited there. Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Clark of Clark Fork were weekend guests a tthe Art Crabtree ranch. 28 Children Seen At Health Clinics Eleven children were seen at the well child conference at Noxon Friday and 17 were ex- amined at Trout Creek, accord- ing to Sanders County health nurse, Miss Marlene McPherson. Helping Miss McPherson and Dr. Paul Brown at Noxon were Mesdames Jerry Puyear, Donald Houghton and Brown. At Trout Creek they were helped by Mesdames Robert Jopling, RN, Clarence Porter and Brown as well as two eighth grade. , stud- ents, Adella Dudley and Janice Fuller. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Dickson and Leona were in Spokane Sat- urday on business. Former Resident Dies in Helena Word was received here last week that former well known resident, Tate Peek, died in Helena last Monday. He will be remembered as the youngest brother of the late Dr. Peek and had been a teacher for many years. Funeral services for Mr. Peek were held Thursday in Helena.
