Home Ec Entries Sought for Fair Only two weeks remain for Sanders county homemakers to plan and prepare home econ- omics entries for the annual Sanders County fair, Mrs. Blanche Richardson said yester- day in reminding all residents of their \pleasant responsibility toward creating a fair full.to ov- erflowing with results of pro- ductivity.\ Friday, Aug. 21 is entry day and the entry deadline is 8 p.m. that day. \Trends change slightly from year to year so some outdated entries have been removed from the homemaking list of entries and new ones added,\ Mrs. Rich- ardson said. \For example, an entry has been made for 'best speciman of wood carving' and 'art for 16 years and under.' \Outside of the standard clas- ses of culinary and needlework, we have some interesting lots for handcrafts, sewing machine, embroidery and art. If you have a daughter 16 years old or younger, encourage her to bring entries for classes especially created for her in needlework, culinary and art.\ New brides in Sanders county this year should take special note of \class II, Baked Goods, Lot No. 70, Best loaf of bread by bride of not over one year.\ Mrs. Richardson urges pro- spective competitors to \please read your fair book to determine the rules and sets of standard that are set up for each division. Be sure before you bring your entry to the fair that there is a lot number for your entry. Con- tributions to our homemaking booth from all areas of Sanders county will give us beautiful, interesting and complete dis- plays and a sense of pride in that we all helped to create a better 1959 county fair.\ PAPER TABLECLOTH IN 300 ft. rolls at the LEDGER. envelope sealing is fun just press it's sealed NO MOISTURE ZEOUIRED I Prr.hoLlull all4olher En. ..lopes at The LEDGER
