Herbert Stobie Buys Timber Herbert Stobie of Eddy was the successful bidder Monday for 284,000 board feet of Forest Service timber on the Eddy flat Stobie's bid was for $7350, the minumum specified for the sale. The bid was opened Monday in Missoula at the office of the supervisor of the Lob o National forest. Christopher and Vic Stobie will be partners with Herbert in the logging operation. To D. C.
