Obituary-. Basil Ducharme Basil DuCharme, 78, of Poison, died June 12, at the St Joseph Convalescent Home. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, three sisters, and a son, Gary DuCharme. Survivors include his wife, Vivian (Poison); and brother, Wilbur Du Charme (Arlee); eight sons and three daughters: Harold (Bud) (Boise, ID), Kenneth (Mick) (St. Mary’s, WA), Nadine Couture (Pablo), Herbert (Herb) (Evaro), Carol Tenney (Helena), Myrna Johnson (Poison), Fred (Butch) (Pablo), Calvin (Toke) (Poison), Roy (Beeb) (Poison), George (Ronan) and John (Poison); 32 grand children and six greatgrandchildren. He was born March 15, 1907, in Poison, to Frank and Emerence Du Charme. He grew up in the Poison and Arlee areas, and attended school at the Jesuit Fathers’ and the Ursuline Aca demy in St Ignatius. He married Vivian Viola LaMoose in 1934. He was employed by the Mon tana Power Co. at Kerr Dam for 32 years. He was a member o f the Tribes, the American Legion, the V.F.W., the Electrical Brotherhood (E.B.E. W.), and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Rosary was recited June 14. Mass o f the Resurrection was held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Poison. Graveside services with a full military burial by the American Legion Hardwick Post 112 o f Poison and the Daniel Pablo Post 68 o f Pablo followed at the Lakeview Ceme tery.
