The cost of the workshop, meals and transportation is approximately $350.00 per person. The Alcohol Pro gram has limited amount of money available to pay for committed commu nity members. Other programs are en couraged to use their training money for this very worthwhile experience, espe cially since it so closely relates to the goals of the Tribal Action Plan. Page 2. Twice each year when per capita time rolls around, we receive hundreds of re quests for address changes from Tribal members. In the past, most address changes were made over the phone, which sometimes resulted in the per capita being mailed to an incorrect ad dress. This year, in order to avoid delays and confusion, we will no longer make an ad dress change unless the request is made in writing. POLSON — Robert Eugene “Bob” Adams Jr., 21, of Poison, died Aug. 31 at his home of a self- inflicted gunshot wound. He was born May 31,1966, in St. Ignatius to Gene and Lois Adams. Educated in Poison, he graduated from Poison High School in 1985. He was a member of the Tribes and was an avid outdoorsman, en joying hunting and fishing. Survivors include his daughter, Kristal Rose Mestheth, and his fian cee, Marci Mestheth (both o f Poison); his parents (Poison); two sisters, Lisa Mae Adams (Phoenix, AZ) and Lora Lee Adams (Poison); his maternal grandmother, Mary Your Tribal enrollment number and the complete name as it appears on the Tribal rolls need to be in cluded in the written re quest. Although it’s too late for September checks, please keep this in mind for De cember. The Tribal Enroll ment Office in Pablo will be happy to assist you with your written request for changes of address. Thank you! Mills (St. Ignatius); and numerous other relatives. Traditional wake services began Sept. 1 at the St. Ignatius Long House. Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated Sept. 3 at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church with the Rev. Joe Retzel as celebrant. Burial was in the St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were Augie Caye, Mike McDaniels, Gale Hendrickx, John Evans J r ., Marvin Saloway Jr. and Sam Plant.
